(AHC) is our elder service provider. AHC is a local company dedicated to caring for frail elders. They do a wonderful job providing personal care services for our residents at Harborlight House, Turtle Creek, and Turtle Woods. Elder Home Options, affiliated with AHC, is the company that created and operates H.E.A.R.T. homes. HCP partners with them to provide affordable service enriched housing to frail, low income elders at two homes in Peabody. For more information please see their website www.elderhomeoptions.com
Senior Care works closely with our supportive housing program at Turtle Creek and Turtle Woods. They are the regional entity responsible for funding and overseeing personal care to low income elders from Gloucester to Beverly. For more information please see www.seniorcareinc.org.
Elder Service Plan of the North Shore: Is our key partner for providing and funding services to the resdients of Harborlight House Assisted Living. They are responsbile for manaing the PACE and SCO elder care systems on the North Shore. For more information please see www.pacenorthshore.org
