Multi-family style homes are owned and/or managed by Harborlight Community Partners. Your household income must be at least $25,000 to qualify. |
Apartment complex and units are managed by Harborlight Community Partners. For 1 person, the maximum income limit to qualify is $34,250. |
There are 35 assisted living units managed by Harborlight Community Partners. For one (1) person, the maximum income limit to qualify for one of 31 rent restricted units is $41,100. There are also 4 unrestricted units with no income limit. |

Our family units are predominately in Beverly. We also have 4 units in Marblehead and 4 units in Hamilton. |
Our Turtle Woods and Turtle Creek units are located in Beverly and Whipple Riverview Place is in Ipswich and Pigeon Cove Ledges located in Rockport. |
Harborlight House is located in Beverly at 1 Monument Square. |

Based on bedroom size, you must earn at least 2.5 times the monthly rent amount. |

| How much will my rent be? |
Rent will be lower than most market rate rentals. Rent varies by number of bedrooms and other factors. Two bedrooms start at $800. |
