  • 22 Taylor Street, 2 units

Unit resale, for sale by owner, will be posted here as they become available. HCP is the administrator for Cape Ann Community Land Trust Program and is not a unit owner, seller or seller agent. Prospective buyers should do their own due diligence to ascertain the accuracy of any potential properties listed for sale.

Buyer qualification requirements: Must be a first time homebuyer and meet household income restrictions of less than 80% of median area income.
